All Purpose Outside and Inside Oil Base and Acrylic Water Base Paint of Superior Quality. Old Village Paint Colours are authentic reproductions of those used by the traveling craftsmen of 1790 and the village painter of 1840. The colours were of the same families for that entire space of time and used in a variety of ways, indoors and outdoors.

Most of the Old Village Paint Colours are made with natural earth pigments from around the world, including oxides from Spain and Italy and linseed oils from America's own Mid-West. The colours are warm and friendly in accordance with Colonial, Federal, and Victorian architecture. They also create striking backgrounds for modern settings.

Proper painting procedures should be exercised. You will be pleased with the ease with which they apply and cover in one coat.

Now you can have a new experience in staining and varnishing with a very
Special Oil Fortified Polyurethane Paste.

Our secret combination of oils, colors and vehicles makes NEW FORMULA Paste Wood Stain & Varnish a welcome development for the amateur and professional wood finisher.

The 'new formula" makes it possible to "work" with the stain and varnish much longer, finish all manner of woodwork - furniture, floors, even graining and furniture decoration. It dries with a hard even film that, looks and feels like a hand-rubbed multiple coat finish. It has an appearance of depth unmatched.

Simply wipe it on, rub lightly and allow it to dry. That's it! It seals, stains and finishes in one application, and on soft grainy woods with knots it gives the finish an even appearance impossible to attain with penetrating stains.

Because of its new and different gel structure you won't believe the ease with which you can use it. One coat is usually enough, but two coats are even better.
